Asset Management
For each REO listing, Performance Management Advantage will perform the following property management functions:
• Evaluate curb appeal and property presentation; re-key within 24 hours; affix lockbox
• Coordinate install of property signage and flag
• Inspect condition of listings on a regular basis, secure as needed (theft, vandalism, etc.)
• Bid estimates delivered within 48 hours if repairs are needed for painting, landscape, carpeting, etc.
• PMA’s proprietary RealTraq software will enable your Company to obtain real time status of each listing
• The Asset Management Division, Performance Management Advantage, will coordinate working utilities for each property and ensure a smooth transition to buyer at closing
• Coordinate repairs when required
• Coordinate cleaning of listing before delivery to buyer

• Enter property in MLS; shoot and post eight (8) digital photos
