Few people can say that they have been directly responsible for more new home sales than he has as he guides our company to success. With an uncanny ability for forward thinking and identifying trends, Mr. Baxter is one of the founders of Virgin Galactic, the first company dedicated to making the dream of space tourism achievable for the general public.  He has also contributed his time and resources to Guardian Scientific Africa, a company providing low cost, much needed rapid AIDS test kits to developing countries.  Mr. Baxter is also an active advocate in the war against global warming and is a big supporter of Sir Richard Branson’s efforts to bring awareness to this cause.

Linda Baxter, a world class designer, and her design team, have been instrumental in finest residences and model homes throughout the Western United States. Linda's goal throughout her entire career has been to create environments that reflect the needs of the client, and that she is proud to put her name on. Recognizing a rapidly emerging need in the Las Vegas Valley, Linda has drawn upon her years of experience to create Performance Management Advantage. Mr. Greg Pitt has honed his skills in many positions during his 12-year association with Performance Marketing Advantage, ultimately as Director of Electronic Customer Acquisition and Lead Management.  Beginning as a New Home Sales Professional and calling on his 20-year career in secondary education, he has also helped to train some of the most successful sales agents in the valley. 

Diane Mosinski, Director of advertising and marketing at PMA, oversees the operation of the in-house agency including staffing, creative development, media placement, public relations, and research.  Ms. Mosinski comes to PMA most recently from KB Home developing traditional as well as out of the box ideas to strengthen the KB brand, making it one of the most recognizable in the Las Vegas market.

Rick Piette, Manager, New Home Resource.  PMA’s alliance with real estate specialty company, New Home Resource, gives the Company the ability to “pinpoint” pricing in this difficult market.  New Home Resource is a contingency management company that has been working with some of the Nation’s top Homebuilders since 1999.  Companies such as Pulte, Del Webb, Centex, Meritage, Standard Pacific, Ryland Homes, and others rely on New Home Resource to effectively price resale homes when their buyers have a home to sell.  New Home Resource provides more pricing evaluations than any other single source in Las Vegas.  New Home Resource’s pricing evaluation is based on true market conditions rather than a listed price or appraised value.  This, in turn, provides an accurate price at which a house will sell.  Through their extensive years of experience and the high volume of CMA’s that they provide, PMA’s partnership with New Home Resource will provide on target pricing evaluations that will get Countrywide’s REO homes sold.

Richard Lee is an Idaho native and a graduate of Brigham Young University.  A Las Vegas resident for nearly two decades, Mr. Lee serves as a member of the board of Southern Hills Hospital; the Governor’s Work Force Investment Board, and is a director for the Boy Scouts Las Vegas Area Council.  He has been honored by In Business as “One of the Most Influential Businessmen in Southern Nevada” and was recently honored as “Visionary of the Year” at the Las Vegas Real Estate Expo.
