| Internet Sales With the volume of leads that are generated through our marketing efforts, New Home Specialists are busy with potential buyers and following through with the already contracted buyers, working with Realtors and making follow up calls on prospects. Our Internet Sales Director takes our Internet leads and personally responds to each and every request within 24-48 hours, or sooner. These leads are then directed to the onsite sales specialists for personal follow up. Our leads are constantly appreciative in receiving prompt replies to their internet requests, and often tell us so. The Director of Internet Sales also offers assistance to Realtors in answering questions about the individual communities.  |
 Public Relations Maintaining excellent public relations and making sure our client's communities are exposed to as many individuals as possible is crucial. The Director of Public Relations and Internet Sales also represents PMA at Chamber of Commerce and Southern Nevada Home Builder functions. Other responsibilities include setting up trade show booths at Realtor and other real estate conventions. |
